For each pair of wooden sunglasses sold, an indigenous or fruit tree will be planted through Eco-Schools projects in South Africa. The seeds are used to educate children in schools on the importance of trees and “living lightly on our planet” through sustainable practices. These seeds become indigenous or fruit trees that are then planted on the school grounds.

Not only do they provide shade and beauty to the grounds, some of them provide a sustainable source of food too.
